NDDS is a navigation data management product range providing safe and consistent navigation information to both Ship Management Systems for accurate navigation and Combat Management Systems (CMS) for efficient weapon launching.

INTERFACES

The NDDS provides most common navigation protocols, including but not limited to:

  • NMEA 0183 and proprietary INS/sensors protocols
  • Timing Interfaces: PPS, IRIG B
  • Any custom protocol can be integrated

The above protocols are managed over following communication interfaces:

  • Multicast Ethernet, RS422/232 Input & Outputs (standard or synchronous)
  • Interfaces can be customized for specific equipments: e.g. Synchro, Resolver, etc.
